PvP tournament?Anybody?

I think we should open up a tournament,but for every rank,color,deck level...But i have been thinking Why should some guys who are not that good in BF(Like me)Why shouldnt we make that group A must have deck levels of 20 max.Group B 20 min. 40 . max.Group C 40 and Up.The winner of every group will get something like a card or BFP (a card would be better...).
JUST 1 RULE ......NO PROMOS....XD.U can signup by posting here if interested.Just dunno the time of the tournament...

some nice bits and pieces in there but i cant make out concrete facts

Conrect Facts?U mean the no promo joke?Its for group A BTW....And abt the map i think Lajesh or any other map (no generated) can do the job there...Best 2 outa 3/Nah 1 win /loose u win /loose the match...

i mean its very hard to read it.make like rules like this.i.e
Different tiers to participate
Tier 1:deck lvl must not exceed 30,no promos allowed.The map will be chosen by the maker of the contest.
Tier2:deck lvl must range from 30- 50.no promos allowed.The map will be chosen by maker of contest
